Local Development Evening Rankweil

On December 3rd, the local development evening of the municipality of Rankweil took place – a successful evening focused on the future, architecture, and local identity. During the event, we had the opportunity to present our CATULLI project , which will be built at Bahnhofstraße 17 , to the residents and the municipality of Rankweil.

The focus was initially on the history of the original building , which had been a defining feature of the townscape for many years. Building on this, Joe Welte (INSIDE96) presented CATULLI's development concept and demonstrated how this site would become a place where history lives on and the future is shaped.

is designed .

Bernhard Marte of Marte.Marte Architects then provided insights into the spatial concept and architectural design of the project and explained the design and functional considerations behind the new building.

Construction has already begun , and completion is planned for spring 2027. Overall, it was a very successful and well-rounded evening with valuable exchanges and great interest from the public.
