THE MANUFACTURE
Commercial businesses are increasingly being displaced from more urban areas to make way for housing. Spaces for tradespeople, who are often associated with noise and dirt, are highly competitive. Therefore, it makes perfect sense to offer tradespeople a place where they can thrive in the long term.
With the "Das Manufakt" project in the Buxera industrial park in Weiler, we are creating space for craftsmanship across four floors, exclusively dedicated to the production and processing of a wide variety of crafts. The aim of this development is to create a network for artisans that fosters synergies in the manufacturing process of their high-quality products.
The workshop areas can range in size from 130 m² to 850 m². A planned co-workshop offers workspaces that can be rented on a short-term basis. Each floor is accessed via a heavy-duty elevator for vans or small trucks.
