A mixed-use residential and commercial building, consisting of two interconnected structures, has been constructed on Hatlerstrasse in Dornbirn. A wooden facade combined with a pitched roof lends it a modern, traditional feel. The building offers approximately 440 m² of commercial and service space and around 12 apartments. A spacious underground parking garage with 16 parking spaces provides access to the project. Construction began in autumn 2021 and was completed in spring 2023.
