The "Im Augarten" residential complex comprises 27 units clad in a natural wood facade. The landscaped grounds serve important purposes: they improve the urban climate and also fulfill social functions. A heat pump, photovoltaic system, and charging stations further contribute to sustainability.
IN THE AUGARTEN
Here in "Im Augarten," in the Hatlerdorf district of Dornbirn, you can live close to nature yet still enjoy urban life. It's just a short walk between the Dornbirn Ried, where small riparian forests recall ancient waterways, and the bustling city center.
