We'd love to impress you with our in-house developed concept, but we also want to leave room for your personal ideas and wishes. Floor plans can be adapted accordingly, and units can be combined. True to our motto – Built just for you!

The exclusive, top-of-the-line features and breathtaking panoramic views are just two examples of the many special highlights. A geothermal heat pump and photovoltaic system ensure sustainability, while a shared workshop offers multifunctional use. The high-quality shingle facade and extensive green roof create a connection to nature.
