LÖWE + CO - Living between origin and future

The history of the “Löwen” is as fascinating as it is diverse, shaped by its changing owners and tenants over the centuries. This dynamic is reflected not only in its use but also in its architecture.

Reinterpreting history – that's the motto of the new project "LÖWE + CO". Here, history and modern comfort meet, creating a unique combination of living, working, and leisure. INSIDE96, in collaboration with Marte.Marte Architects, has achieved the perfect symbiosis between a historic building and a modern new construction.

Through the partial restoration of the front facade and a revitalizing extension, the Löwe restaurant is being restored to its original splendor while simultaneously being adapted to modern standards. The restaurant, with its approximately 260 square meters, captivates with its historic charm, which is being carefully preserved and renewed through modernization. The modernization focuses on the fusion of history and contemporary design. The aim is to maintain the restaurant's historical features while integrating modern elements. The result is a harmonious atmosphere that appeals to both traditional patrons and a young, modern clientele.

The residential building “CO” presents a selection of 11 high-quality 2- and 3-room apartments, equipped with state-of-the-art technology. The modern furnishings and finishes create a contemporary ambiance and offer the highest level of comfort and convenience.

Furthermore, the new building offers space for offices, service areas, or a retail space, thus allowing for many possible uses. Its central location puts you at the heart of the action, allowing you to benefit from the proximity to other shops, offices, and networking opportunities.
