Groundbreaking ceremony for “CATULLI” – Where history lives and the future is created

Rankweil, November 13, 2025

Last week we took the first official step towards implementing our es project . “CATULLI” : The ceremonial groundbreaking at Bahnhofstraße 17 marked the start of a building that connects past and future.

“CATULLI” is being created as a modern workspace and meeting place with a clear architectural language – a building that stands for new perspectives while respecting its characteristic surroundings. With sustainable materials, a well-thought-out usage concept, and contemporary design, we are creating space here for ideas, collaboration, and development.

Our thanks go to everyone involved who made this important milestone possible .

We look forward to the upcoming construction progress and to jointly realizing a project that strengthens the regional building culture and contributes to the future of the location.
