The “Stadelmannhaus”, prominently located in the center of Hard, is being revived in a contemporary style while retaining its distinctive character. By combining the property with the parking lot behind it, the “Stadelmannhaus” is being transformed into a modern commercial building that meets current requirements. This will create retail and residential spaces that benefit from the charm of the historic building.
